Description

We will be performing a minor routine update of Plesk and CloudLinux on the server to improve the security, reliability, and performance of the server. Description of work: Security and Plesk update Maintenance Window: Start Date: Saturday 24th November, 2024 - 08:30 PM AEST End Date: Saturday 24th November, 2024 - 09:30 PM AEST Impact: During the maintenance, we will need to reboot the server to apply the updates. Expected outage period: 15-25 min If you have any questions then please open a ticket from your client area and we will be happy to address any concerns you may have.

Description

We will perform the upgrade of Smartermail on Wednesday 20/11/2024 at 11 PM AEST. Description of work: Windows updates and Smartermail update Maintenance Window: Planned Start: November 20, 2024 11:00PM Expected End: November 21, 2024 01:00AM Impact: During the maintenance window, we will need reboot the server several times to apply Windows updates. We estimate that the reboot will take 5-10 min and might occur 2-3 times in the first 60 min of the maintenance window. Once the Windows updates are completed, we will run the Smartermail update, and we estimate that emails will be unavailable for 25 minutes to 40 minutes. Expected outage period: Windows updates: 5-10 minutes 2-3 times Smartermail upgrade: 20-40 minutes If you have any questions, then please open a ticket from your client area and we will be happy to address any concerns you may have.

We're performing emergency reboot to apply security updates on our server. We expect these updates to take around 10-15 Minutes. Once the updates have been successfully completed, we will provide an update here.
