Description

We will perform the upgrade of Smartermail on 21st February 2026 at 10:00 PM AEST. Description of work: Windows updates and Smartermail update Maintenance Window: Planned Start: Saturday, February 21, 2026, 10:00 PM Expected End: Sunday, February 22, 2026, 12:00 AM Impact: During the maintenance window, we will need to reboot the server several times to apply Windows updates. We estimate that the reboot will take 5-10 min and might occur 2-3 times in the first 60 min of the maintenance window. Once the Windows updates are completed, we will run the Smartermail update, and we estimate that emails will be unavailable for 25 minutes to 40 minutes. Expected outage period: Windows updates: 5-10 minutes, 2-3 times Smartermail upgrade: 20-40 minutes If you have any questions, please open a ticket from your client area, and we will be happy to address any concerns you may have.

We will be performing a minor routine update of Plesk and Windows on the server in order to improve the security, reliability and the performance of the server. Description of work: Windows and Plesk update Maintenance Window: Start Date: Friday, 20th February 2026 - 10:00 PM AEST End Date: Saturday, 21st February 2026 - 12:00 AM AEST Impact: During the maintenance window, we will need to reboot the server several times to apply Windows updates. We estimate that the reboots will take 5-10 min and might occur 2-3 times in the first 60 min of the maintenance window. Once the Windows updates are completed, we will run the Plesk update and we estimate that websites will be unavailable for 15 to 20 min at the end of the process when services need to be restarted.
