Description of work:
Windows updates and Smartermail update
Maintenance Window:
Planned Start: Tuesday, March 10, 2026, 10:00 PM
Expected End: Tuesday, March 11, 2026, 12:00 AM
Impact:
During the maintenance window, we will need to reboot the server several times to apply Windows updates.
We estimate that the reboot will take 5-10 min and might occur 2-3 times in the first 60 min of the maintenance window.
Once the Windows updates are completed, we will run the Smartermail update, and we estimate that emails will be unavailable for 25 minutes to 40 minutes.
Expected outage period:
Windows updates: 5-10 minutes, 2-3 times
Smartermail upgrade: 20-40 minutes
