Description

We will perform the upgrade of Smartermail on Sunday, August 16th, 2026, 11:30 PM AEST. Description of work: Windows updates and Smartermail update Maintenance Window: Planned Start: Sunday, August 16th , 2026, 11:30 PM AEST Expected End: Monday , August 17th , 2026, 12:30 AM AEST Impact: During the maintenance window, we will need to reboot the server several times to apply Windows updates. We estimate that the reboot will take 5-10 min and might occur 2-3 times in the first 60 min of the maintenance window. Once the Windows updates are completed, we will run the Smartermail update, and we estimate that emails will be unavailable for 25 minutes to 40 minutes. Expected outage period: Windows updates: 5-10 minutes, 2-3 times Smartermail upgrade: 20-40 minutes If you have any questions, please open a ticket from your client area, and we will be happy to address any concerns you may have.
