Description

We're upgrading all Power Distribution Units (PDUs) across our racks to next-generation units with individual outlet monitoring and metering. This will provide real-time power consumption metrics and improved alerting capabilities for better operational oversight. Maintenance Details: - Date/Time: 12th of November 2025 - 10:00 PM to 4:00 AM AEST (outside business hours) - Duration: 6-hour maintenance window - Scope: All equipment across all racks at our Melbourne Data Centre Work Procedure & Impact: For dual-powered equipment (majority of infrastructure): - We'll work on one power feed at a time to minimise the likelihood of any power interruption to hardware due to the redundant feed. - However, whilst every effort will be made to avoid downtime due to the use of dual power feeds, there is still a possibility that hardware may lose power temporarily. For single-power supply equipment: - For hardware with only one power supply, devices will experience 1-2 brief power interruptions (10-15 minutes each maximum) during the migration window. - Colocation client: If you have any hardware with only 1 power supply, please turn these off at 10PM, if not off when we do swap the PDU, we will power your hardware down manually. Real-Time Updates: Monitor our status page for live updates during the maintenance: https://fluccs.status.io/ Questions or Concerns? If you have specific concerns about your equipment, please submit a support ticket through your client area. We appreciate your understanding as we work to improve our infrastructure capabilities.

[Identified] we are working with the developers of a system that we utilize that is causing the outage currently and are waiting on an update from them on the solution to the issue

[Resolved] Summary: We experienced an issue affecting inbound and outbound email delivery across our SmarterMail platform due to a fault in our external spam filtering system. During the event, some messages were temporarily queued for later delivery, while others were rejected or bounced back to senders. Root Cause: A software error in the spam filtering system prevented normal mail routing. The issue was escalated to the vendor’s development team, who applied a fix that restored mail flow. Resolution: The filtering system has been corrected and verified operational. Queued mail has been successfully delivered, and new messages are processing normally. Current Status: ✅ All services are fully operational. No further action is required by customers. Next Steps: We are reviewing additional monitoring and failover controls to prevent similar disruptions in the future.
