Description of work: Windows Security and Plesk update Maintenance Window: Start Date: Thursday, November 28, 2025 at 11:30 PM AEST End Date: Thursday, August 29, 2025 at 12:00 AM AEST Impact: During the maintenance, we will need to reboot the server to apply the updates. Description

We will perform the upgrade of Smartermail on 19th November 2025 at 11 PM AEST. Description of work: Windows updates and Smartermail update Maintenance Window: Planned Start: November 19, 2025 11:00PM Expected End: November 20, 2025 01:00AM Impact: During the maintenance window, we will need reboot the server several times to apply Windows updates. We estimate that the reboot will take 5-10 min and might occur 2-3 times in the first 60 min of the maintenance window. Once the Windows updates are completed, we will run the Smartermail update, and we estimate that emails will be unavailable for 25 minutes to 40 minutes. Expected outage period: Windows updates: 5-10 minutes 2-3 times Smartermail upgrade: 20-40 minutes If you have any questions, then please open a ticket from your client area and we will be happy to address any concerns you may have.
