[Investigating] Affected Services: Outbound email delivery to Microsoft/Outlook/Hotmail/Live/Office365
Description:
We are currently experiencing email delivery issues to Microsoft managed email services.
Some users emails sent from our servers are being blocked or bounced by Microsoft currently.
As a result, some clients may receive bounce back messages when attempting to send emails to recipients at Microsoft/Outlook/Hotmail/Live/Office365
Our team has already submitted delisting requests for the affected IP addresses.
These requests may take some hours to be reviewed.
We will provide updates here as soon as more information is available.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

[Monitoring] The previously affected IP addresses have been delisted by Microsoft and now Emails sent from our servers are being delivered successfully.
We will continue to monitor email delivery over the next 24 hours to ensure stability.
