We are performing a scheduled upgrade to our Plesk DNS cluster. This maintenance is part of our ongoing effort to enhance the performance, stability and overall reliability of our global DNS infrastructure.
Affected Services:
- Affected: DNS record management via Plesk control panels.
- Not Affected: DNS resolution (websites/email remain online), Client Area DNS, cPanel, Interworx, and third-party DNS providers.
Maintenance Window:
- Start: Saturday, 31st January 2026 at 11:30 PM AEST
- End: Sunday, 1st February 2026 at 1:30 AM AEST
Impact:
DNS resolution will continue to function normally during this window; your websites and services will remain reachable. However, please do not make any changes to DNS records through the Plesk interface during this period, as updates may not sync correctly.
