Description

We will perform the upgrade of Smartermail on Saturday 01/03/2025 at 11 : 30 PM AEST. Description of work: Windows updates and Smartermail update Maintenance Window: Planned Start: March 1, 2025 11:30 PM Expected End: March 2 , 2025 01:00AM mpact: During the maintenance window, we will need reboot the server several times to apply Windows updates. We estimate that the reboot will take 5-10 min and might occur 2-3 times in the first 60 min of the maintenance window. Once the Windows updates are completed, we will run the Smartermail update, and we estimate that emails will be unavailable for 25 minutes to 40 minutes.
